<h3>The Fat Burning Exercises</h3>
<p>Good news: that flat dream stomach isn&#8217;t going to take hours of fitness labor, but we&#8217;re not going to reach our goals without just a little bit of training. I&#8217;m going to give you three of the best abdominal exercises. Do them at least three times per week and you&#8217;ll see results after just one month!</p>

<p>Zone: mainly the lower abs</p>
<p>Frequence: 3 times 15 exercises</p>
<p>Advanced Tip: hold little weights in your hands</p>
<ul>
<li>Lay on your back, lift your legs and keep them in an angle of 90 degrees</li>
<li>While you stretch one leg, bring your arms behind your head. Don&#8217;t let your heel touch the ground. The closer your heel gets to the ground, the more effective the exercise!</li>
<li>Bring your stretched leg again in an angle of 90 degrees. In the meantime, bring your head and shoulder to your knees. Make sure that your lower back touches the floor the entire exercise!</li>
<li>Repeat the exercise with your other leg.</li>
</ul>

<li>Stretch your body and keep your bum in a straight line with the rest of your body. Stay in this position for 10 seconds.</li>
<li>Relax 10 seconds and repeat</li>
</ul>

<li>Lay flat on your back and bring your legs up in a 90 degrees angle. Keep your arms on the side of your body while doing it.</li>
<li>Drop your legs, while they are still in the same position, to one side. Don&#8217;t let your knees touch the floor! Make sure your shoulders stay keep contact with the ground. Keep this position for 10 seconds.</li>
<li>Bring your legs again in the original position and repeat to the other side. The slower you do the training, the more effective it will be!</li>
