Day 5 of our Fat Burning Diet : Combine and Digest

Stimulate your digestion by making the right food combinations.

Good combinations are proteins (meat, fish, eggs, quorn or tofu) with vegetables, or carbs (bread, rice, pasta, potatoes) and vegetables. Avoid eating proteins with carbs!

Don’t eat fruit with your main courses.

Choose healthier bread like sourdough.

Sprinkle your meals with fresh lemon juice, which will stimulate your digestion.

Use herbs known for their digestive capabilities, like peppermint, fennel, garlic and ginger.

Eat slow and take your time to chew.
