Eat regular and do not skip meals!
Choose a good balanced spread of your meals: 3 main courses and 2 or 3 in betweens. This way you won’t have to deal with cravings and your blood sugar level will stay stable. You’ll also keep your energy and fat burning going.
Choose for healthy in betweens, like fruits, yoghurt and nuts.
Eat your evening course at least 3 hours before you go to sleep and choose a light meal. In the evening you won’t use a lot of energy, so the food will transform faster in to fat, which will heap up in your belly zone!
