This might sound weird, but it really isn’t: a good bowel transit takes care of that bloated feeling you’ve been having. 
Avoid mik and cheeses, which don’t digest good and will cause a bloated feeling.
Try to eat fermented dairy products, like natural yoghurt and buttermilk, on a regular base. These products contain lactic acid bacteria which will help to keep your digestion balanced and they will drastically reduce the bloated feeling.
Eat foods that are rich on fibers, like vegetables and fruits, but always combine them with a lot of water. Drink at least 1.5 liter per day. When you’re drinking insufficiently you’ll get a bloated belly anyway.
